Therapy for Women's Fertility, Pregnancy & Pregnancy Loss | Compassionate Support in London & Online
Fertility challenges have a way of touching everything, your relationship, your sense of self, your plans for the future, and your body. Whether you are in the middle of treatment, grieving a pregnancy loss, navigating an unexpected diagnosis, or sitting with the uncertainty of not yet knowing, the emotional weight can be enormous.
Pregnancy and the postpartum period bring their own complexity. The transition into motherhood is rarely the uncomplicated joy that others seem to experience. Anxiety, grief, ambivalence, and exhaustion are all real and all welcome here.
You deserve a space where none of this has to be minimised or explained away. That's what therapy with me offers.

What we can work on:
-
The grief, anger, and uncertainty of fertility challenges — including IVF, IUI, donor conception, and unexplained infertility
-
Processing pregnancy loss, including miscarriage, stillbirth, and termination for medical reasons
-
Anxiety, low mood, and identity shifts during pregnancy
-
The emotional realities of the postpartum period — including birth trauma, postnatal anxiety, and the loss of your pre-baby self
-
Navigating perimenopause and menopause — including changes to mood, identity, and relationships
-
Strengthening communication with a partner or loved ones when life feels out of alignment
-
Rebuilding confidence and reconnecting with who you are beyond the diagnosis, the role, or the struggle
How therapy helps:
Therapy with me is not about fixing you because there is nothing broken. It's about creating space to feel what needs to be felt, understand the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and find a way through that feels true to you. Many of the women I work with tell me that the biggest relief is simply being heard, without having to manage anyone else's feelings about what they're going through.
We'll work at a pace that feels right for you, drawing on relational, person-centred, psychodynamic and mindfulness approaches.
My approach: Relational, person‑centred, psychodynamic and mindfulness.
Session format: Weekly 50-minute sessions in‑person in Notting Hill, London or online across the UK.
You don't have to keep carrying this alone. If any of this sounds familiar, I'd love to hear from you. Get in touch to ask a question or introduce yourself, and we can take it from there.
