Pregnancy and Baby Loss Counselling in London | For the grief others don't always know how to hold
Support after loss, whenever you are ready
If you have lost a pregnancy, there is no right way to grieve and no timeline you are supposed to keep to. Whether your loss was recent or years ago, whether others knew about it or not, your grief is real and you deserve gentle, specialist support. You do not have to carry this on your own.
Loss in pregnancy and early life is often grieved in silence. People may not know what to say, or may move on long before you are ready to. You might be holding it together for everyone else while something inside you has quietly broken. There is space here for all of it.
What you might be feeling
Grief that comes in waves and catches you off guard. Anxiety about trying again, or about a pregnancy that follows a loss. A loneliness that is hard to explain to people who have not been through it. Anger, numbness, guilt, or a longing that has nowhere to go. Whatever you are feeling, or not feeling, it is allowed.
How therapy can help
Therapy gives you a place to grieve without managing anyone else's discomfort. We hold space for who or what you have lost, make room for the parts that feel too big to say out loud, and, when you are ready, gently look at how to carry this and keep living alongside it. There is no rushing you toward feeling better.
How I work
I am a BACP-registered integrative therapist specialising in the emotional side of fertility, pregnancy and loss. I see clients online across the UK and in person in Notting Hill. We begin with a free 15-minute call, then a paid first session with no obligation to continue. You set the pace.
Common questions
My loss was a long time ago. Is it too late for therapy?
No. Grief does not expire. Many people come years later, sometimes when a new pregnancy or anniversary brings it back. You are welcome whenever you need to.
Can you help with anxiety in a pregnancy after loss?
Yes. Pregnancy after loss carries its own fear and tension. This is something I support women through.
Do I have to talk about the details?
Only what you want to, when you want to. We go gently and you stay in control of the conversation.
Do you work online?
Yes, across the UK, as well as in person in Notting Hill.
