Hello, I'm Madison Jacoby

I'm a BACP-registered integrative psychotherapist specialising in reproductive and perinatal mental health. I trained at Regent's University London, where I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy & Counselling. I am currently completing my Master's and working towards UKCP accreditation, alongside ongoing specialist training in reproductive and perinatal mental health. I see clients in person in Notting Hill and online across the UK. I work with people who are in the middle of something complicated and often isolating, an IVF cycle that isn't going to plan, a pregnancy after loss, a postpartum period that feels nothing like they expected, or a life that has shifted in ways they haven't yet made sense of. I work with individuals across all backgrounds and family structures, including LGBTQ+ people, single parents by choice, and those navigating parenthood through donor conception or surrogacy. You don't need to fit a particular mould to work with me.

Clients often describe me as calm, warm, and refreshingly real. I aim to hold a space that feels safe enough to be honest in and where you can say the things you haven't said out loud yet. I balance genuine empathy with gentle challenge, because I believe real change requires both.

My approach is relational, person-centred, and psychodynamically informed. That means we work with what is happening between us in the room as much as what is happening in your life outside it.

Ready to take the next step?

You can book directly using the links below — no need to email first.

Free 15-Minute Fit Call - Not sure if therapy is right for you, or whether we're the right fit? This short call is a chance to ask any questions, share a little about what's brought you here, and talk through practicalities like fees and availability. It's low-pressure and completely free. Please note: this isn't a therapy session and I won't be offering clinical advice. Book here.

50-Minute Initial Assessment - If you're ready to get started, you can book straight in for a first session. You don't need to have everything figured out or know exactly what you want to say. We'll talk about what's brought you to therapy, what's feeling hardest right now, and what you're hoping for. There's no commitment to anything beyond that first session. Book here
